  • Overview

    The Electrical Foreman will be required to work as part of a team to complete new construction projects, or work in existing facilities in an industrial setting. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be expected to work to lead a team of electricians on small and large projects. A Foreman will be required to work with project managers to meet the budget, and schedule requirements for a job. A Foreman will also need to have the ability to interact with a customer on a regular basis.


    • Promote and foster a culture of Safety First
    • Profit and Loss, budget, and expense management experience required
    • Supervises staff as needed
    • Assist with project kick offs by working closely with the estimator and project managers to develop a comprehensive project plan
    • Work with project manager to ensure that staffing, material, subcontractor, and other project needs are accounted for, including the procurement of materials and subcontractors as needed
    • Ensure that the project plan meets all requirements as specified in the project award
    • Assist with the management of projects as needed, including interfacing with customers and ensuring projects are staying on schedule
    • Plans and coordinates the installation of temporary and permanent power.
    • Supervises installation of above ground raceways and supports, underground raceway, cable installation, cable and wire terminations, instrumentation, electrical equipment, medium and high voltage equipment, etc.
    • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills


    • Five years of experience as an Industrial Electrician
    • Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy
    • Perform a variety of duties which may change often
    • Use reason and logic
    • Perform arithmetical operations rapidly and accurately
    • See detail in objects or drawings and recognize slight differences in shapes or shadings
